I had to reach out to Litfad about a warranty issue with my light. To be fair, they did get back to me and asked for photos, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored or anything. But then there were a few days between replies, which made the whole thing feel slower than it probably needed to be. In the end, they offered a replacement part and the issue got sorted, so I guess that’s what matters, right? Still, I feel like 3 stars is fair here, not a bad experience, just not a great one either

I ordered this lamp and, oddly enough, it looked pretty much like the photos. The size and color were accurate, which is always nice when that actually happens. No weird surprises or anything, so yeah, I’m happy with what I got.

It looks good once it’s put together and feels decent overall, but the sturdiness is just kind of okay. It literally wobbles a bit if you push on it. Not the worst, especially for the price, but I was expecting it to feel a little more solid.

"Color was a little different, but it works"
I ordered a ceiling light from Litfad, and overall the shape looked close to the photos. The only thing that threw me off was the gold color, in person it looked more yellow than I expected.
It still works fine in the room, so I decided to keep it. I just wish the pictures showed the color a bit more accurately. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but no real issues.

"Damaged light, support dragged their feet"
I ordered a ceiling light from Litfad and it showed up looking like it had been through a wrestling match. One side was bent, the cover was cracked, and the box was all beat up. Maybe it was shipping, maybe not, but either way I ended up with a useless light instead of what I paid for.
I sent pictures to support, and while they did reply, it was painfully slow. Every response took days, and the support clowns kept asking the same questions like they weren’t even reading the messages. I’m still waiting for an actual fix. Giving 2 stars only because the light looked nice in the photos, but the whole experience has been frustrating.

"Shipping took forever and updates were confusing"
I ordered a light from Litfad, the shipping process was way more frustrating than I expected. I knew it was international shipping, so I wasn’t expecting it overnight, but the lack of clear communication made it feel like I was just waiting in the dark.
The tracking barely changed for weeks, and I kept checking because I had no real idea where the package even was or whether it was still moving. The delivery estimate came and went, and there wasn’t much explanation, which was probably the most annoying part.
The light did eventually show up, and it was fine, not damaged or anything. But the long wait and vague updates made the whole experience stressful, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I had a lot of extra time and patience.

"Discounts were kinda confusing"
My order arrived just fine, but I was a little confused by the discounts on litfad. It looked like the price was lower at first, then a few extra costs showed up later. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish the final price had been more clear before checkout.
"These Lights Are WAY Better Than I Expected"
I didn’t expect much, but these lights are BRIGHT and super easy to use. The different modes work great, and switching between them is simple. Definitely happy with them.
